Ear Sculpting (Otoplasty) is a surgical procedure that entails reshaping the ears through discreetly located incisions behind the ears and in the ear folds.  Ear Sculpting (Otoplasty), or ear pinning is appropriate for both children and adults.

Neck Lift surgery involves the removal of loose, excess skin that develops as we age.  This sagging skin on the neck can negatively affect the appearance of surrounding areas, and accentuate excess skin on the face.  Neck Lift procedures are most commonly preformed during facelift surgery, but can also be preformed as a solo procedure.
