Chemical Peels that Reverse Sun Damage

By Dr. Suzanne Yee on September 24, 2009

Hi! Now that Summer is over, I'll bet you're trying to figure out how to reverse all that sun damage...  Well, reversing the damage is just a peel away!  At our office, we offer  many different peels such as:   glycolic acid, salicylic, Skin Medica, and Obagi Blue Peels. Glycolic, salicylic, and Skin Medica peels are considered mild peels that treat minimal to moderate sun damage.  These peels are done every week to two weeks and have little or no down time. More aggressive peels, such as the Obagi Blue Peel, treat moderate to severe sundamage.  These peels  can be performed every 3-6 months depending on your skin type.  To decide which peel would be right for you, you need to consult with your doctor.  To set up an appointment, call our office for a consultation!
