Hello All, I am so excited to introduce a new procedure offered at the Cosmetic and Laser Surgery Center, PermaLip Lip Augmentation!  If want to enhance your lips, this is the best permanent implant available. The PermaLip Implant was designed to conform with the natural shape of the lip, unlike other lip implants.  PermaLip Implants begin as silicone which is then put through a molding process with an outcome of a soft, flexible implant with tapered ends.    Other implants are made from Gortex, which has a foam like feel, and are molded into a cylinder shape with flat ends.  Silicone is used because it is soft and has a non-porous surface, which give the lip a more natural shape and feel.
