MALE VOICE: The philosophy here is patient first. FEMALE VOICE: One of the most important things about our office is that the patient feels like family, that’s one of the biggest things Dr. Yee stresses, is that we need to make the patient feel like they’re part of the family here at our office. DR. SUZANNE YEE: When patients come to the office, and they come to visit with me, I want them to feel at ease. I want them to feel like they’ve come to see me as a friend, not as only their doctor, but their friend and they can tell me anything that they want to tell me. They can tell me what bothers them the most, and they can be very honest about their, what their surgical results that they want, what they feel like after surgery, if they have any questions after surgery. I want them to be able to ask me that and feel comfortable with that. I think with cosmetic surgery, it’s a very personal decision. You have to decide that, yes I do with the cosmetic surgery, but you want to be very comfortable with your surgeon and I as the surgeon, want you to have the utmost confidence in me. I want you to be able to communicate with me your needs, wants, and desires, so that I can try to achieve those needs, and wants, and desires.
